Me and my fiancé were thinking of a dance for the bridal party at our wedding... any ideas?

Dear Wayne,

As you didn't give me much information about what you mean, I will guess you are thinking about a dance for two (you and your fiancé).

A conservative alternative would be to go for a traditional couple dance of your families' culture. What are your families' folk dances? Would there be a way to learn one of those pieces for two?

If you wish to go for something less conventional, you could try a type of popular social dance like tango, salsa, twist, etc.

Now, if you and your couple are really adventurous, you could try to create a free dance to a music you both like a lot. This would be a kind of creative challenge for you both and you might have a lot of fun in the process.

There's also something that has become very common recently: the weddings' Flash Mobs. Type the sentence down on YouTube's search box and you will find many ideas. There are dances, but also theatrical actions and such kind of things.

I hope this helps.

Congratulations for your wedding. I'll be glad if you let me know what you finally do.

Warm regards,

Maria
